Picture Perfect!

Picture Perfect! I love Michelle's necklace, I wanted to steal it from her, but that just wouldn't be very nice, would it?

Everyone knows my love for fisheye photography. Some of my clients like it more than others, however, so I always like to ask if they are a fan. Michelle & Eddie werent quite sure what I was referring to so I took a few test shots and showed them on the back of the camera. Immediately, Eddies eyes brightened up as he said Thats so COOL!!

I like to post images from my sessions on facebook before blogging them - a sort of incentive for the people who are fans on facebook. Ive gotten a LOT of awesome comments on this one, so this seems to be a fan favorite.

I think this one is my personal favorite. Love the symmetry, the lighting and the moment.

]]> http://mistydawnphoto.com/blog/2009/09/michelle-eddie-brandywine-park-delaware-engagement/feed/ 0 Kristina | Delaware Maternity Photographer http://mistydawnphoto.com/blog/2009/08/kristina-delaware-maternity-photographer/ http://mistydawnphoto.com/blog/2009/08/kristina-delaware-maternity-photographer/#comments Fri, 14 Aug 2009 13:38:42 +0000 Misty Dawn http://mistydawnphoto.com/blog/?p=405 Kristina is expecting a sweet little baby girl, so we took this opportunity to capture some beautiful and artistic photos of this very special time in her life.  Maternity photos aren’t for everyone so if you’re pregnant and feeling like you don’t want any longterm evidence of the weight gain – ladies, you’re not alone.  As much as I know I’ll feel like a fat lard if I’m ever pregnant, I know that I’ll still want to document it.  My best friend refused to let me photograph her belly when she was pregnant with her first child, but I gently nudged her into letting me shoot one roll of B&W film.  6.5 years later, she now looks back and appreciates those photos and thanks me for pushing her to do it.  Even though she didn’t think she’d ever want to remember that time of her life…..she found that she does want to.  I hope these photos will inspire you to want to document your own growing baby bump.  :)

I love natural expressions like these. They warmed up to me and the camera right away.

This photo reminds me of an impressionist painting somehow.

My favorite part about this simple portrait is just how MC & Chris look so at home here. You can see not only their love for each other but also how comfortable they are in nature.

These guys are adventurous! They climbed out into the creek barefoot and I didnt even have to ask them to!

Sharon & Scott are very sweet people.  Scott doesn’t have to work hard to coax an ear-to-ear grin from Sharon and the laughter they share is completely contagious!  It was so much fun hanging out with them and capturing their many smiles and joy.
